A Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance ®, El teaches yoga on the island of Martha's Vineyard. She was certified at Integral Yoga Institute in New York City.
El has been practicing yoga since the age of fourteen. What started as a way to avoid competitive sports and a physical education requirement in high school became
a path of transformation and way of life. Her guiding philosophy is that yoga is for everyone, no matter your age, no matter your fitness level, no matter your desired result.
